Excellent experience there. Always clean place with genuinely helpful and very amiable staff and best possible location. Good sized and bright rooms with WiFi and a kettle. A huge variety of products for a generous breakfast. Location adjacent to the centre, and many bus stops and restaurants: )

The room was bright, brand new with a private bathroom, hairdryer, bidet, and towels.

We got a room with a bidet. The location of the hotel was top and best possible - just a short stroll away from Ebu Bekr Mosque.

The hotel's location in the city center was unbeatable, and despite being in a busy area, the rooms were quiet. The owners, Ariston and his wife, were incredibly helpful and made us feel at home with their professionalism and friendliness. They even assisted us with planning our day trips and connecting us with a great tour guide.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms provided. the hotel's location was also a huge plus, being situated in the heart of the city with easy access to nearby attractions. the two complimentary offerings made my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few drawbacks that detracted from my experience. the breakfast options were very limited, and I found some aspects of it rather unhygienic.

The location of Citycenterhotel in Shkoder was perfect, right in the heart of the lively pedestrian zone with bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and filled with natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Considering the room size and amenities, the value for money was great. Plus, the hotel allowed us to store our luggage while we went on a hiking trip to Theth, which was very convenient.
